Three Things You Can Do: Vote for freedom, Protest at Washington, and Support our organization.

Antitrust is fast becoming the greatest menace to American business. From airlines, to book store chains, to banks, to hospitals--large, successful businesses in almost every industry are facing legal attacks by envious competitors and power-hungry bureaucrats. It is time to stand up and speak out against this assault on achievement and free enterprise. And there is no better example to start with than the current case against Microsoft Corporation.

You have already signed our "Petition to Stop the Persecution of Microsoft." But as the next round of court hearings approaches, you will have three more chances to make your voice heard.

CAST A VOTE FOR FREEDOM IN A NEW BUSINESSWEEK POLL

First, you can cast a vote for freedom in a new BusinessWeek poll. The online poll asks readers to choose the best way to deal with Microsoft: whether to regulate it in various ways, break it into pieces--or leave it alone. Please take a look at the survey on BusinessWeek's Web site ( http://www.businessweek.com/surveys/24/index.htm ) and cast your vote for laissez-faire--"leave us alone."

JOIN US FOR A PROTEST OUTSIDE THE COURTHOUSE WHERE THE MICROSOFT HEARINGS WILL RESUME

Second, if you live in the vicinity of Washington, DC, you can join us on Tuesday, April 21, for a protest outside the courthouse where the Microsoft hearings will resume. This is a great opportunity to put ourselves before the press and give visible, vocal support for Microsoft against the antitrust onslaught. In the past, practically every group of people has taken to the streets demanding some kind of government favors or protection. It is time for productive people to take to the street to demand freedom from government interference. If you think you will be able to join us for this protest, please contact me immediately at the e-mail address or phone number at the bottom of this message.

SEND IN YOUR FINANCIAL DONATION TODAY

Finally, if you can't make it to Washington on Tuesday, you can support our campaign against antitrust by sending in a donation today. The more money we raise, the more ads we can place online and in newspapers and trade publications, the more pamphlets and press materials we can distribute, and the more articles and Op-Eds we can produce. Give only $25 to become a member of the Committee for the Moral Defense of Microsoft, which entitles you to regular updates on our activities and a copy of a pamphlet of articles on antitrust that we are currently preparing.
